Not that big a deal in some cases but it does lead to either more work on the clients end and/or wasted time, money and effort. The support is very responsive for questions and there are always new and useful updates and webinars to train you on the use of the system. The tutorial is made in Realflow 2012, but should also work with every other version of Realflow.
On several occasions I have found that the data presented is not nearly current enough with the locally available information and I am talking months old not just days or weeks. If you are doing business in Real Estate, Realflow is a great online partner for your business to have. In addition, some of the data sources seem to be pretty stagnate. offers a very similar service I am sure you might have knowledge of from other vendors.
This would give everyone good visibility as to what's being worked on and would go a long way to making sure the features that are most important to address are documented and addressed with the right priority. It also comes with Python support which makes custom.
REALFLOW COM SOFTWARE
The software is flexible enough for small and large water environments with GPU acceleration for faster iteration. It has been used on plenty of blockbuster films like Avengers and X-Men. Realeflow should implement a user community feedback portal, like the Microsoft feedbackportal_microsoft_com/feedback. RealFlow is a powerful VFX program for creating realistic liquid simulations for 3D & CG projects. I do find there are some features lacking in terms of ease of use and have supplied some suggestions for improvement to the brightideas email address.
